Life Story

Charles J Wickens was known as “Chips”. He died at Strathmore Hospital. The paper reported him as being 67 years old and that he was “for twenty-years the faithful friend and employee of Mr Herring.”

Mr Edward Herring is buried next to him in a much plainer grave (Block 18 Plot285)
